it sounds like a tappet rattle.they do this occasionally.a good run usually sorts it. when did you last do an oil change.what grade oil are you using.

sh1 t myself first time mine did it dont worry it seems to be the norm.

If not done sounds like time for the oil and filter to be changed.
It's not a lot of money the flat four seems to appreciate it done more often than most engines.
