Hi mate, (sorry, couldn't resist it)
The search option is prob your best bet for detail, this is quite common.
In a nutshell though, the eber needs:
Power
Air in
Exhaust out.
Snags with any of these will cause cut out. try riunning your engine then strating eber, leave it for a while (5 to 10) before killing engine, should run.
Or
Make sure your inlet is clear, including the hot air supply to the van
Or
make sure your exhaust aint blocked up. I checked and cleaned mine a year back, you would be surprised how much gunk comes out. PM me if you want gen on exhaust cleaning
Not trying to fob you off with a search, but it will help more than I can. Best of luck,
Myk.

Cheers for that, I have it booked into the BT garage, as I get good deal cause I work for BT, they are going to have a look, they service the ones on our vans and it doesnt cost to have a look, so might get some pointers from them on whats wrong,

I have one same as urs,
I had to double up on the wire to the eber from the second battery.
There is a second wire you can double up on that runs from the battery charger to the second battery using a piggy back or scotch connector.
This worked for mine, the wire running to the second battery from the battery charger is un fused and will need to be fused.
Once i had did this it started after three goes or so, turn on the light on the fridge you will see it drop to yellow if its drawing the power for the glow plug
Hope this helps
