Anybody know if it's possible to get 4 or 2 tip exhausts for a 2.1 T25?

Try Bluebird Customs; they make a stainless-steel performance system. If it's pre-85, the majority of aftermarket Aircooled exhausts will fit (sometimes requiring a bit of tweaking to the rear valance); if post-85, they won't.
