Any recommendations on what will adhere to one of those worktop routing jigs ??
The last owner has put a few nicks in it and it should be repairable with filler but it just peels off

You could try epoxy, but you will need to `key' the area first.
You will need to be very accurate with your flatting or you will end up with a dead gappy joint.
Good luck

(Roplas on Freemans common have the MDF laminate jigs fot about £25)

Cheers Mark, looks like that could be the stuff...
Was hoping to make a jig up to rout the groove out to the right size again..
Does epoxy hold up to being routed ??

Hi
Not sure, I have never done it. might be a bit `chippy', its very hard stuff.
Is it a TREND jig?
If its not, i'd say scrap it, theyr'e the only ones worth fixing.
A carefull fill and a gentle tickle with 800-1200 grade wet or dry should sort you out.

Not a Trend one but of comparable quality and its the big size...
As bit of a tight git

I am loathed to chuck it so will persevere
