VW Passat 2005 Alloys. Would these drop on a T25/3 '87. The tyres are 205/60/15

May or may not...
ET could be too high and could be wrong PCD... you need to find out what they are...

5X112 PCD.
Centre bore 57.1mm so 2 wheels will need the centre bore machining out to approx 66mm to clear the front grease cap.
Probable ET 45 so 15mm spacers required.
Longer bolts and rear studs required.
The tyres will not be weight rated for a T25.
