Windows leaking in High top!

Hi all,
I'm asking this question for a friend at work.
He has just bought a T25 Holdsworth conversion and has discovered that the sliding windows in the hightop leak really badly. He has had the seals replaced at a local caravan place but it hasn't solved the problem.
Anyone have similar probs and ideas on how to sort it?
He also wants to know if there are any places in the wiltshire area where he can get it fixed?
I'll let him know of any replies
Many Thanks

Let me just qualify this by saying I know nowt about hightops but...

Has he tried 'Tigerseal'?

Hope someone else can offer more/better advice,

I had this problem last year, There are three small drain holes along the bottom, make sure they have not been filled in, if any water gets inside, this allows it to get out. they can cause a wee draft, so some people might fill them in. also my problem was, where the seals join, so i just got some bath /shower silicone sealed where the join, and leak sorted. hope this helps, it was pi$$in me off, good luck..
