power management system

has anybody got a manual for a PMS 34 or can anybody help me with how it works. As you can tell I am new to the wonders of VW camping.
Is this to do with your electric hook up?If it is, you are in the wrong forum... this is the "engine" forum....
Otherwise you'll have to expand a bit more about whatever it is....
