Split Screen R&R Bed into T25????

Hi all! Anyone know if a bluebird custom type bed from a split screen van will fit into a T25? Its a 3/4 bed if that makes any difference?

Hi Hi Tower,
I know that a bay one will fit with a slight mod on one of the legs but not sure on one from a Splitty, its because of the wheel arches on the inside, the T25s are flat.
Sure I cant tempt you with one from a bay with a complete interior, we still have it for sale.

Im on a very tight budget mate. Buyin the van has broke the bank Im afraid. Been offered a tatty old Bluebird bed from a split for next to nothing. I fancy full width too. Ooh err missus

No probs mate, sales pitch over onto the matter at hand.
There are 2 brackets that come off the bed as part of the frame that bolt to the bulk head on the van, on the bay one we altered we cut the bracket off and then shortened the frame part to match the over side and welded it back on.
If the split one is the same then it should be able to be done, you will also need a platform over the engine bay to compensate for the height, even bluebird ones need this as i phoned and asked.
Have you thought of R & R hinges?

Alternitivly you could just buy the hinges from JK (£50 ish) and make yourself a bed out of MDF or ply, thats what I did, might find it'd cost you more to "make" the split bed fit than to make a new one mines been in for a year now and have had no problems
