broken armrest

i have broken the arm rest on my velle by turning the knob too much causing it to pop out
does anyone know procedure to dismantle it

Just tightened my arm rest up could not get the pin out so cut a 4mm alan key down and got that in the gap bit fiddley but did not need to get the arm rest off.
