Bloody hell, Aberdeen isn't the UK, it's the arctic circle!!
Syncronutz and Amulet are in Scotland, but Shotts is some way away from Aberdeen.
If you're coming across to the UK it opens up a range of proper engines for your bus, too - proper 1.9 diesel units or 1.8/2.0 petrol motors. None of that limp-wristed 68bhp TD power is necessary.
You're going to need/want a bigger engine given the hills you're going to need to motor over and the distance to travel to get to civilisation!

I live east of Edinburgh,Ian lives in Shotts(we are partners in Syncro-Nutz)
and Andrew(amulet)is based in Edinburgh.
Depending on whot sort of off roading u like there are a few 4x4 clubs
in Scotland or u head south for some green laning.
Aberdeen is about 2 to 2.1/2 hours away from us.
If u do move over give us a call

Yep there's a few of us synronauts in Scotland and all of us have been known to enjoy the odd beer so you would be in good company. Aberdeen huh? I'm guessing oil industry right? I know a few people who might be able to help you get on yer feet if you do get the job so just let me know. before the german TÃœV (technical inspection) decided i should put it on the junkjard. It was quite rusty, i admit.
Environmental madmen aren't they, that TÃœV outfit!
Have you ever seen a T3 that has terminal structural rot?
OK, OK, I'm sure it's possible - most of them seem to be in Scotland or Cornwall (the pointy bits at either end of this green and pleasant land)... so watch your step up there, they throw salt on the road half the year round you know - would you believe it?
