hi all,
I've been trying to make a r and r bed for ages now!
I can get the bed to lay flat with the rear engine lid.
The problem is it doesn't sit the way i think it should when its in the seating position.
It looks too flat on the rear part..what i mean is, there seems to be no angle to the rear back support.
Plus the JK hinges don't lock properly in the seating position, theres always movement when we sit on it.
I think all i really need is the side dimensions, the part the hinges fit to.
Plus the angle/measurements the brackets need to be fitted in order for them to work correctly.
I know its a big ask to get them for the weekend, but i would be very grateful if someone could help.
As i have a chippy mate coming at the weekend to help me router my unit doors, and don't want to look a total plonker
