In what way are syncro coolant pipes different from 2WD ones?
I always thought they were the same.

From VW

2WD 251 121 397 M Feed 63,25 GBP
2WD 251 121 399 M Return 63,25 GBP

Syncro pipes no longer available so yes they are different, but may be made to fit possibly, blue plastic builders water hose might be an alternative. maybe heavy duty rubber coolant hose also.

that s for 1.9, 2.1 are still available with a syncro premium 84,98 GBP!

I suspect they will be similar but take a slightly different path as no petrol tank to go over.
