Okay!

A broken stud from exhaust manifold...

What is the best way to screw a stud knowing the head has no thread?

Maybe a very very very nice glue?

I know finally I'll have to dismantle the head but maybe there is another solution...

WDYThink?

P.S.: I've tried to make a new thread but impossible.

can the holed be taped out to give you new thread for your bolt?

Well...

I don't think so... the problem is the thread from the head, stud one is okay... I am thinking about a glue or so just to avoid dismantling the head... It'd be sad to see the head is bad or so, and that means more money and time...

But maybe that is the real solution. :x

the simple answer is a "Helicoil".. this is a insert that replaces the thread thats been lost.. basicaly you drill out with a slightly larger drill and then use the specail tap to cut a new thread and then insert the helicol to "repair" what has been damaged..
there is another "insert" that does the same... but cant remember what its called..
easy enough to do, if you can get to the hole with a drill and tap.
