wondering if anyone had any ideas? -
i have a zig control unit switch - a 3 way switch reads - car off van - 3 seperate switches read lights pump aux - then there are 3 small fuse holders for lights pump aux -
is van - the leisure battery? why/when would you use car - as it would drain your main start battery? There are 2 clamps from the control unit - a red and black clamp that go to the main start battery - when/why would you use these? How might you know if there is anything on - aux?
any ideas gratefully received -
regards -

What you have is like mine - the simplest of the Zig units and basically just a fuse and distribution board (no charging control or anything similar).

Yes, van means the leisure battery.

You could use the engine battery so long as you only use it for a few lights, radio sparingly and waterpump for just a few days; it shouldn't use so much you couldn't start the engine.

There is no way of telling at the board if any aux circuits are consuming power - you would have to fit some indicator telltales somewhere.
