Is it any good? I'm not looking for a perfect finish as I'm useing it myself! I just want something that'll make my van look resionablely good to the casual eye after I've tidyed up the rusty seams.

Halfords flipbook thing recons they have the right colour for L90D used up till '84, my vans a '92 so are halfords just being thick (again) or did the colour change slightly at some point (think I've read somewhere it did but I don't know when).

I gave up trusting the halfords discriptions of things after buying the wrong sidelight bulb for the van last week. I was rather suspisous when the book reconed the front sidelight had the same size bulb cap as an indicator bulb but I got some anyway as I knew they'd fit my landy; I now have an excess of spare bulbs for the landy and had to take another trip to a bulb shop (that time with the van which I dismantled in the carpark!)

No, the Halfords stuff is way off, really yellow. Avoid.

Cheers, glad I asked first then!

Any ideas where I can get something accurate or am I best trying to find someone who'll mix something to my personal shade of sun faded white?

The VW rattle cans are spot on, but only 150ml. so only good for touch-ups.

Try your local autopaints store if you have one local.

Autopaint website store list isn't working for some reason

Rustoleum can be matched/mixed too. You might like to consider that route.
