Hello

Got converted a couple of weeks ago, and I am really pleased so far.
As I did not know anything about LPG until I started reading this site
Many Thanks

We just travelled from Dresden to Denmark about 800km all for 50 euros . Happy or what ?

LPG in Denmark is a No go - Tried asking in a couple garages but no luck .

As we came back over the boarder into Germany the first Autogas dealer told me that it is not very common and the same price as Petrol.

yes I can understand the pricing in some countries...they raise very little revenue from fuel...Australia for instance has a very small difference too but it is encouraged for it's greeness
I think this will change over time....

we in this country are very lucky too have an average 40% difference with the old fuel
In wolverhampton the LPG costs 33p per liter..and thats a 60 odd % difference

Just had mine done too - after first tank at 15mpg - adjusted the power valve (as advised) and the next one got us up to 21/2 mpg (now thats more like it) although I can feel a bit of a power drop from petrol.

Will try very fine adjustments to get the best compromise now.

Well happy with the job done - thanks Steve - well worth the trip down from Inverness...!
