reading what is required to drive in france it seems to state that rear seat belts are compulsory. Is this the case that they are compulsory if fitted ?. I have no rear belts in my 86 transporter and there will be 4 adults and 2 children travelling, all seated. what should I do ?.

In Spain every car seat has a seatbelt if not... pay if the police stops you! and they realize about that
