Hi Edwards, and welcome to the forum
usually, if it's worn bearings internally in the g/box it would be noisy in all gears, and if it's a worn clutch release bearing it is noisy/rumbly [when parked up, stationary, in neutral with engine idling] with the clutch pedal pressed down, but not when it's up, [if noisy when clutch is up in neutral, most probably worn internal bearings]
suppose it could be worn roller bearings on some, but not all gears, not an expert by any means, but have rebuilt my 5speed which had totally knckrd a roller bearing but only rumbled in 3rd!
you could do with a second opinion from a knowledgable T25'er really, someone on the forum called Aidan [beaker] is well clued up on gearboxes, he would be the one to speak to , hope this helps,
cheers.
