Fuse blowing

Start at the front and check that the correct bulb has been fitted to each lamp on that circuit,,,,,,, it sounds stupid but it is easy to get this basic operation wrong.

Look closely at each bulb holder for broken terminals which may be shorting out ,,,,hence the blown fuse. (number plate lamps seem to suffer the most and tend to get forgotten due to their location)

maybe take the bulbs out and see if the fuse still blows, if it does you have a short to earth somewhere.

engine vibration making earth fault come and go? trace the wires and see if you can find the flex damaged on the wires somewhere

as the fritz man said, i'd start at the numberplate lights, disconnect them and see if the fuse still pops...... then if it does, disconnect the other lights in said circuit, and so on......

if you find the fuse still blows with all the said lights disconnected, look in that there electric box in the engine compartment, where all the light loom for the back plugs into the main loom.... also, check any towbar wiring, see if some moron has used "botch" locks to wire it in........
