eberspacher D3L again

hi all
this eber is doin my head in now. i wonder, can anyone tell me please which wires should join to which when i switch it to heat as i'm now convinced its a switch wiring problem.
its a d3l and i have a manual but the manual shows a different control box to mine. (it's not the wrong control box as i bought a 2nd cheap d3l which has the same loom and box.)
anyone in here familiar with this model please?
