Unstoppable oil leak from oil sump plug(shortened alu sump)

Any suggestion how to stop my unstoppable oil leak from the oil sump plug?

I have had a Subaru engine put into my velle with a shortened aluminium oil sump. I took the car back to TSR/AMR who put the engine in, and they changed the whole sump, but it still leaks. I tried to change washer, without any better results. Someone said I should try a cork washer.

Any good suggestions how to stop the leak?

Sump plug washers from older Fords are made of nylon try one of those--

you could always put alight smear of instant gasket around base of sump plug. I have done this for years and never had a leak or any problems.

if its the threadthats weeping why not wrap a little PTFE plumbers tape round it?
silicone gasket sealer? :?
if you are desperate, last measure stuff......... thread lock!!

if it still leaks its not the thread, its a cracked sump! :x
when it stops leaking check the oil level it may be empty!
