Hi everybody, I've just joined the club, it's brill. My little problem is that I have had this van just over a year and the old lady I bought it from had always put a lead replacement in with fuel. Its a t25, 1986 D reg 1900cc with a DG engine number, petrol and Aircooled. I have continued doing this ritual until some kind chap from club 80-90 told me to check. So thats it, do I have to or don't I have to add a lead replacement?

Thanks Dave

 a dg is not Aircooled.....i take it you havnt noticed all of the water pipes, header tanks, temp guages and radiator then?? i would check the water levels first thing before problems occur. as for the fuel, just use unleaded its fine.

Thanks for the replies, puts my mind at rest and saves me penny's. Regarding my water-works they are fine and are right where they should be, just checking that you know your stuff!
