Has anyone made a front spoiler for their van? The proper one seems nice enough, but can be expensive.
If the van is all rectangular, would a home-made straight edge be in keeping? Would probably need a bit of an end cap to tidy it up.

Would it be worth it?
New spoilers from VW are about £100 or £99 from JK
Then there's the Rivnuts and rivnut gun but I got cheap rivnuts and made my own rivnut insertion took. Just bought the other fixings from VW. Plus I got my full spoiler for £30 2nd hand off here. try posting a wanted add.
How I fitted mine
Or theres another way. Book yourself into the
Brickwerks in Huddersfield. Get Simon to fit it for £130 all in on a Friday whilst you mooch around sunny Hudds. The after he's done head off into the sunset to a Yorkshire Dales campsite for the weekend

Sage words Shaun- I shall do just that, and have my new alloys fitted at the same time. Oh, and a service.
Just need to derust the area above the front bumper first to get the whole front end looking spot on.
BTW, I liked your tip on stopping rain dripping in the air vents - camping in Lakes this weekend we noticed just the noise you were referring to - right by my head, and it play funny tricks on your mind at that time of night.

I got the drip tip from the wiki
Once camped near Hartington on a misty May weekend and the dripping, just from the condensation in the air, made me go quite doo-lally
