Yet more things that make my head hurt !!
Any one know what this is for ! i know its not VW but cant make it do anything ! Was told it was for electric windows but its NOT !!

No its not ! Got a switch in door for them ! Its right bugging me ! Every time i switch it on or off i bet a light turns on in Germany !!!

It is amazing! The red one stays on all the time and the switch makes the green one go on or off! well worth the effort it must have taken to put it in !

Horn?
If it makes a loud noise when you switch it it might be the horn. Test it by beeping the horn and seeing if it's the same sound. If it is, it's the horn.
Magical mystery tour button?
Switch for a child who couldn't leave daddy's 'don't touch that' buttons alone?

is it 4 adjusting the head lights? you will probably need to check this at night, switch the headlights on press the buttons to see if the lights raise or lower.
lpg tank switching?
long range fuel tank switching?
fresh water / waste water tanks emptying?
just a few ideas to try cheers.
