fridge, zig units and mains hook up

I'm about to embark on pulling out my kitchen/storage unit in the van and re designing it to fit a 12v/gas fridge and hopefully a zig unit.
A few queries:
Will a zig unit charge my leisure battery and possibly run the fridge (even if it is 12v) when I plug in a 240 mains hook up?
Which zig unit would suit my use?
My current interior lights are 2 fluroscent strip lights, what would I need to replace them with some equivalent LED lights?

The zig I have runs the lights and the water tap pump. I assume the LB is charged on a seperate split charge relay system. The fridge also works on 240v when the switch is flicked to 240v on the fridge, if not it runs off the 12v starter battery when driving

Hi Louey
A Zig CF6 or 8 Will do all the above.
It has 3 fused 10A 12V outputs and a charging circuit for both batteries.
There is no need to change over to LED all the lights can be wired via the zig.
There is a switch on the zig that you flick to switch over to site mains and as long as this is flicked you will not flatten your batteries when you turn the fridge on. If you get hold of a zig let me know and I will draw you a wiring diagram.

LED lights use a lot less power i believe. I have recently had some ikea led lights fitted to my bus that run just from the leisure battery. Not got any lights attached to hookup now as LB never seems to run out whilst i'm away and they use very little power anyway.

don't forget that evaporator fridges don't have thermostat control on 12v so it is not ideal to run them long term on 12v. If you don't have the fridge yet consider getting a 3 way rather than a 2 way. (Or a 12v compressor)

I've about to get my 2 way from jagsman so can't change - I'll probably run it off gas a lot of the time.
