Only had new van a week and after a few probs with the electrics the Eber that did work fine has stopped !!!!!
It looks quite a basic one with a three way switch that blows cold, blows hot or off with a /thermostat with 1-7 on it.
There is also a red and green led .
The unit is in a large box under the van and when i turn it on the green light turns on then it clicks and thats it!
All fuses ok so any help would be great .

Sounds to me like your lecstric problems have spread to your ebber.
The ticking is the fuel pump so that's getting power. Sounds to me like no power is getting to the main unit.
There are fuses on the units themselves, at least on some models.
If you can find a model number I may be able to help further as I have several manuals.

If your leiisure battery is fine (mine was way flat - I blamed the ebber for ages, then changes batteries and all fine) have a quick look at fuses and spaghetti junction of wires first - that was other culprit when mine broke, one too many CD's in glovebox and the connection had come loose.

Then it's specialist time I fear!

Theres a fuse in the bottom of the thermostat( silver thing sliding door side, under your rock and roll bed).
