I have a pair of LT mirrors and one of the glasses has cracked

It doesn't look like the glass is easily removable (could be heat sealed into the moulding itself)

The head moulding is marked 'Wilke' which is a german mirror manufacturer from what information I have.

Is this a genuine VW mirror head? Can I get a replacement?

The genuine mirror assemblies are only about £20 each for the T25 "truck style" from VAG.
