Well with bug jam fast approaching the missus and i decided it was high time to paint the van.
Well i decided that to get her to maintain interest i should give her a fair amount of decision making in the final scheme of things. One such decision was the colour. Please see attached photo, I think i can safely say there will not be a dull day when the van is about, and i definatley won't loose her in a car park.
The colour is growing on me slowly but i feel i need a bit more time to adjust.

i took that pic yesterday when i went to check on the paint
it definately brightened up a dull bank holiday monday!!!!

Had an old Fiesta in that colour. It was

bright but on a rainy morning it was a great 'cheerer upper' on the way to work.
I like it.

now thats a pretty kewl colour very eye catching my missus wants to keep our van the colour it is but im after some thing a bit more individual, maybe that colour in 2 tone with candy orange lol

my final bobshell for anybody interested in the colour
it is available from homebase, its called bubbles and is a bathroom paint!!
i think for a hand job its not a bad result

Mine was B&Q Crown 'Aqua Green'.
My old man was a coach painter and he did it all with a brush, outdoors. No bristle marks at all.

i went down my workshop to do some bits and pieces on her and as soon as i saw her it brought a smile to my face,
