Only done it once in last Three Months,
chose to do it leaving camp-site Yesterday.


Turn key,
instrument lights come on in usual way
not so much as a click from starter though,

try key a further Three times
last of which it started usual way

T25 Diesel

could be a dirty connection on the switch wire on the starter solenoid. (the small wire that puts 12 volts to the solenoid to pull it in)

its more than likely the actual ignition switch. the white plastic thing in which the key turns wears out and you sometimes dont get the full 12v across the switch.

Actually judgin g by the steering column trim
the switch has been disturbed

and I usually start with the moving parts first,
