Does anyone have a source for the felt which seals the sliding window channel in my t25?

Mine has agone all yucky and letting in water. Do you have to remove the glass to fit it. The rain's only coming in at one point right in the lower corner which is easily accessible. Do you think I would get away with only replacing a small part of the felt?

Any advice would be much appreciated!
