Any ideas on how to remove a sticky backed plastic sticker from my fiberglass high top?

Heat 'n' peel...
Any sticky that's left can be removed with eucalyptus oil....
Hope its as simple as it sounds....

im doing joinery & carpentry at college and ive been looking around for planes etc. seen some english masterpieces fetching £1700, i found an old "record" 1950s no4 on a boot sale for a tenner, still in the box. that`ll do.

Maplin has a good label remover worked on about 80% of the stickers on my roof but there were a few which needed a sharp chisel and some care. I guess it only works on certain glues.

have you tried WD40 for removing the adhesive ? Work pretty well on glass and metal.

May try the WD 40 on a sticker I have on the inside of the front windscreen. Only problem with removing sticker is the rest of the roof looks dirty now
