				I've never seen this before a Beetle engine in a Type 25!!

				Oh dear what a mess. That engine will have been toasted, it has the beetle tinware and big gaps around the edges so it can recycle the hot air (not good). What have they done about the heater, nothing i suspect.

				Why????????  Some people have some strange ideas....
its a disaster waiting to happen...  the factory 1600 Aircooled was pretty poor, so a DIY conversion wont be better....

				and its only a single port with a dynamo,lets hope its not raining when driven in the dark

				I did this successfully with a bored-up bug engine in a T25 crew cab (pulled wheelies that thing did) but agree a 1600 is rather a lot of work for nowt....
