Westfalia Joker question

This may be a dumb question, but do all Jokers have double glazed windows or can they have normal glass?

they can have either, my 86 westy has got tinted normal glass

our 1979 built joker 1 has double glazed windows, a mates 1980 built joker 2 has glass windows with a sliding window on each side.

my westy california has tinted sliding glass and the atlantic has double glazed. just the spec of the van or was your glazed windows an opional extra.Posted: 15 May 2007, 21:39
I think the joker has glass with optional Double glazing and double glazing was standard on Club jokers. same rule for California ( optional ) and standard on Atlantic.

If a mid to late joker/cali/atlantic was specced from new with a winter pack,it would have had double glazing,eber and an extra battery
earlier models could have these added seperately,all models right to the end of production could be with normal glass,
at least thats what appears to be the case according to the brochures,reality appears to be you could have your joker exactly as you wanted it,there was always a waiting list and each was built to the customers requirements
