betsy failed me a couple of days ago. cut out intermittent once when driving then failed at next traffic lights. started up again there once briefly but nothing since. harumph! have changed coil ( second hand ) and new shiny quality leads and plugs (hmmm) still nowt. charging battery. going out again to check for spark. distributor cap fine. alittle hampered because on my tod today... any one any ideas?

just after posting this question i went out t' van and found a coil issolation switch fitted years ago as a disabled minibus, took that out of the equation , sorted. woohoo! : javascript:emoticon(':D')
