Choke coming off too early

1.9 dg on lpg. When the van initially starts it runs fine on the auto choke for a few minutes but seems to be coming off the choke before its warmed up enough. This causes it to stall idle too slowly until it warms up.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Sven

iirc you can rotate the housing with the bi-metallic strip in it to adjust when choke comes off, I don't have a clue which way you will need to rotate it thoug.

You may find that it wont help on petrol then.. (was it a problem when starting on petrol?) the choke doesnt do anything apart from hold the throttle open a fraction more when running on LPG.
Personally if it isnt stalling and causing an issue, leave it.. or you could tweak the base idle setting up a fraction, but will be higher when warm.. if there is an adjustment screw resting on the choke cam, then that could be tweaked a fraction to hold it open a little longer.. but I cant remember if the 2e3 has one there..

Temp sensor has nothing to do with it.. no ecu/fi looking at it..
