Lowering with Carats

Just bought my new ride a 2.1 5 speed WOW!!! I hav'nt stopped smiling since Saturday.
Want to lower it by 30/40mm and put a set of Carats on it. I would like to take it up to Mr Baxter but thats 200+ miles away.
Anyone know anybody equally as good downt Souf??
