I currently have 225/40/ tyres on my 18in front wheels which are making a mess of my new paint work on the arches the rim width is 8.5 can i fit 205 tyres to these rims withuot the worry of then peeling off the rims everytime i go round a corner ta

225 is narrow for a 8.5" wheel, 205 would be dangerous especailly with a very low profile
