Hi..
Does anyone know where I can get a water tank filler cap? The existing one is rectangular, mounted on the body side, with a lockable flap that seals off the filler pipe when closed. Unfortunately the hinge spindle has broken.

I have tried all the usual sources (JK etc) and several caravan spares places, but to no avail.

Can anyone help please?

Have you tried the CAK Tanks catalogue? Item F30 on p.17 looks like it could match your description.

P.S. If you're looking at the CAK Tanks catalogue as the downloadable PDF file, the filler cap that I mentioned above is on p.19 of the PDF (but p.17 if you've got a hard copy of the catalogue).
