Dear all,
I am looking for a fuel pump replacement for the eberspacher original heater (D2L or D3L ? not sure).
The one I found so far are around 130 Euros which is crazy.
Has anybody fitted something (much ....) cheaper with the same characteristics ?
Thanks Lionel

just google diesel heater fuel pump, all the Chinese made ones that are used in the £100 (or less) heaters have one, as cheap as £6-10, connectors will vary - they are basically copies of the Eber made down to a price but lots of peeps are happy with them, the known issues are pretty well covered in many YT vids, if you need one a year that's a 20 years before payback on a genuine one made in Germany (if that is what you get from Eber these days - chances are theirs are made in China now, maybe slightly better quality, maybe you are just paying for the brand)

Agreed. Get a 10 quid one. For a tiny motor and to charge 100 notes ridiculous.

German industry is in free fall. Outsourcing to CN at an alarming rate and they have over inflated prices to maintain thier business. Its a disaster - the German economy.

There are many different dosing volumes available on the pumps, 0.016, 0.022, 0.028, 0.040ml etc etc. Just get a cheap chinese pump with the same dose volume and it'll be absolutely fine.

I think the D3L uses a 0.022ml pump which is the most common size. Maybe even treat yourself to a "silent" one for another couple of quid.
