Bonjour. Je me présente, je suis français et je suis en possession d'un vw t3 origine 2.1 avec un moteur de golf gti 3 code 2e. J'espère que mon texte sera traduit pour les pationnés que vous êtes. Le moteur golf gti 3 est incliné de 50°, le carter huile est celui d'un t3 diesel, la pompe a huile est celle de la golf gti 3 et la crépine celle d'un vw t3 diesel.
Mon problème suite a un arrêt moteur de 48h toute l'huile redescend dans le carter et la pompe se desarmorce. Je vois que vous adapter des moteurs de golf gti sur vos t3. Comment régler vous ce problème d'huile ? Merci a vous

Merci pour le contact sur T3 zone. Malheureusement ce montage avec moteur de golf gti est en France "Outlaw". Donc je n'ai pas de retour d'expérience en France. En UK vous n'avez pas les mêmes règles et ce montage moteur et possible. Donc je lance une bouteille à la mer et je pose ma question sur votre forum. Petite question technique est ce mon texte est traduit automatiquement pour vous comme pour moi. Merci jean Luc

Bonsoir. Quantité d'huile 5litres. Qualité d'huile : précédemment 15w40 et afin de changer un paramètre de la 20w50 depuis 500km. Mon problème de dejeaugage de la pompe a huile existait précédemment. Merci de me préciser si le texte est traduit automatiquement comme pour moi. Jean Luc

From the little I know about this subject, the engine requires a JX oil pump. Using the 2E pump is a mistake, it cannot reliably draw up oil because it was not designed to work at 50° inclination.

but the petrol engines have a geared drive to the pump off the aux shaft/disi whereas the JX pump is driven I think by the end of the vacuum pump which is driven by the gear on the aux shaft
2E and AGG use same pump

I have successfully completed several agg conversions, the same as the 2e engine. I have always used the agg oil pump and swaped over the pick up to the jx one to account for the angle of the engine installation. it is a bolt on bolt off job making sure the gauze is clean.

if you need a new oil pump I have at least 2 new ones on the shelf.

as a side note 4.5l of good quality fully synthetic vw spec 502 000 or superceded equivalent 5/30 or 5/40. These types of engine oils are very widely and cheaply avalible in the UK and Europe.

Merci pour le retour d'information. Même avec un corp de pompe vw golf gti et une crépine de diesel j'ai, après un arrêt de 48h j'ai des difficultés a amorcer la pompe à huile et donc a avoir une pression. J'injecte de l'huile dans la pompe pour le démarrage et je retrouve toutes les capacités du moteur

That's what I meant. JX has a pickup/strainer designed for the 50° sump angle.
Isn't there a sump baffle/windage plate in a JX too?
