Is it common for T25 speedos to bounce whilst moving, mine jumps about 2-3mph when driving in every gear!

Probably a sign that your speedo cable is on it's way out, come loose or that the speedo gauge itself could need some attention.

it's  n ot uncommon. could just be poorly routed cable. Maisie does it, not overly fussed myself.
