LED (DOT approved) Headlights. A question

I am considering purchasing a set for Bezza, my 1980 Westy. On my failed trip

to Holland I fitted the 'Beam-Benders' onto Bezza's 7" H4 headlights.
However should I go about fitting a set of LED Headlights then how do I apply the 'Beam-Benders' to them? Would I still required to so as to be legal when touring sur le continent?

or you could buy a set of lhd headlights and fit them when 'sur la continent' and swap back over when back in the UK; beam benders are generally a poor solution meant for expediency/legality on short trips that leave you in the dark on unlit rural French roads in my experience - so I just swap to lhd lamps when abroad - much easier to find lhd T3 lights, even new ones are available, and peeps importing vans sell them off cheaply when they fit rhd ones cos they are in the UK

Or you could just not bother like 99% of the rest of the population!! I went to France on the tunnel recently and I think I was the only UK car with headlight beam stickers!!

I would assume they would tell you how to add beam benders on the packet.
That said as most things like this put of China there is almost no information provided.
