Clutch judder at low rpm

I've got a fairly repeatable judder when pulling away in 1st or second, at low ish revs, particularly when it's cold, or not been running long. Seems to go away when it's warmed up.

Using higher revs clears it. All other behaviour is normal. It's actually been doing it for ages, I just adjusted behaviour to work around it.

It's an rjes bell housing with an ej20 n/a, 5speed 8E code. The clutch has been on 10 years, so I think I know the answer - but anything else to look for before replacing it? Never swapped a clutch before, but I've done harder things I'm sure.
Cheers all!

What makes you say clutch - its been on 10 years? whats the biting point.

Sounds more like a mount.

Ok interesting. Bite point is fine, nothing unusual there.

Gearbox nose bushing is new, the 2 engine rubber mounts I can't speak for. Are those the ones you mean? I'll look with a pry bar. Thanks

My right hand engine mount came loose recently causing clutch judder. Easy fix..
