Don't know if this has been covered on here before, I did do a quick search but nothing came up

Just to say that if using pressurized brake bleed systems, Don't pressurize at 20psi

The plastic intake nozzle at the clutch master cylinder does not appreciate such pressure as I found out to my rather messy cost & you have to buy a whole new unit if that part is damaged

Granted, I should have done bit more research as I have since seen recommendations for older VAG vehicles to be pressurized to 10psi

That's handy to know, I'm rapidly approaching the point of needing to bleed the van up. Thank you!

That white plastic nozzle was strong on the original master cylinder fitted at the factory, the reproductions are very weak in comparison,i have had 2 snap, i havnt had experience with the more expensive ATE units now available .
