Bit of an odd one

I've just done a major refresh of the front suspension, New upper wishbone bushes, lower control arm bushes & replacement shocks

All replacement parts from Brickwerks

Following replacement of said parts I'm having a problem with lower ball joint fouling the steering knuckle, This only happens when at full extension of the spring (the van is on stands) If I raise with jack a few mil i can rotate the steering freely

I did mark the eccentric washer positions prior to disassembly, but i'm wondering if this is the cause?

Has anyone any info that would help in me resolve

I will be getting the van steering realigned once everything is back on, as have disks & calipers yet to fit.

Evening , Over the winter months I did a full refurb on my suspension ALL new bushes , ball joints etc etc , radius rods and bushes the full shooting match . I had the new ball joints pressed in by my local garage , when I fitted the steering knuckle I had the same problem with it catching the the nut on the lower ball joint. I had 3 pairs of lower ball joints in , all different brands they all fouled . In the end I cut off the 5-10mm unthreaded part and took a smidge off the nut to give clearance . All very strange . I had the four wheel alignment done and it drives great now but what a bloody palaver it was .
