looks like the batteries shagged or may need some topping up the beeping is an indicator of that

you could test it with a multimeter...(over 14v )

it reads like the charge is getting to it if the indicator reads that

Sounds like the LB is suspect. Your batt indicator simply displays voltage (suppressed zero meter shows between about 10 and 15 volts and gives a rough guide to charge level) - when the engine is running it is giving you a display of the charging voltage of the alternator, not the charge state of the battery. As it is showing you a low reading when the engine is off, and the invertor is beeping its low voltage warning, then the batt is not charged up. Can you charge it with a mains charger for a couple of days, let it rest for a few hours and then check the voltage? 12.7v is full whereas 11 is empty.
If a battery is left in a low charge state for a while then it will suffer and just cos a batt looks new doesn't mean it is still good - badly treated you can ruin a battery in a few days.
You need to check if it can a) be charged and b) hold its charge for a few days.

take the lb out of the van, check all the levels and put on the slowest charge you can! this may take a few days but could save you battery and your wallet!
