The smaller round lights in a "South African" grille, source?

Wanted, inner round headlight, for South African four light grill
If anyone knows of an alternative light that fits please tell me..
I just posted that in "wanted classifieds" and thought to ask generally,
in case theres a supply somewhere thats new,
or if anyone can give me a tip.
Been here before, and foiled the inside, it is lasting fairly well,
passes the MOT, but I would like a replacement..
