Can anyone help me with this pipe? It’s got quite a kink in it and if you look around it it seems to be losing or attracting some fluid, also get drips underneath on occasion but the fluid is like water no smell or worrying colour, I thought it was just wiring harness but my mind won’t rest until someone confirms

What is above this in the van? Do you have a water tank under the rear seat?

Wiring for rear under seat heater which could be leaking.
