So after approximately 25 years of waiting my wife and I have bought a 1991 T25 hi top. As it is going to be a much loved member of the family we want to make sure she is secure. We are looking at wireless trackers as there is numerous places we can put it in her just wondered if people had any recommendations for one?
We are also thinking steering wheel lock and pedal locks are there any particular ones we should be looking for? Thanks

You can place the tracker in any place which will not be easy to reach, somewhere that will take any burglar long to find.
Use your imagination, as I will not tell anyone where I hid the tracker in my Syncro.
For other security items, I wouldn't rely on a steering wheel lock. It is very easy to break one to a point where the steering wheel will spin free within seconds.
A sensible pedal lock is a very good option, as it will also take time and effort to break.
The ultimate mechanical security item to my point of view is Bear Lock. This is a mechanical gear lever linkage lock hard fitted to your van, and almost stealth. Although not cheap, it is worth every penny spent on. Just Google "Bear Lock" and find the nearest installer.
I use the combination of the tracker, pedal lock and Bear Lock, so far not having to test any of them.

Is the Bear Lock just a push in pin that interferes with the movement of the gear lever? I just looked at the website and they look interesting but seem to be mounted predominantly into the plastic trim surround. Is there more to it that meets the eye?
I fitted a hidden isolator switch to my van. The only way to start it is to jump a battery to the coil. As the battery is in the cab, and I have all sorts of fitted box and bed stuff over the engine cover, it would take a brave thief with a lot of time just to access the coil!!
When I go away, I leave my work phone on and hidden in my van. I have the tracking app Life360 on it (which I also use to track my kids!). It needs charging every few days of course but it is a perfect stealth tracker!!

What about a Quick release steering wheel

they won’t be going far without that

Leave all your repair bills on the dashboard.
If that doesn't put them off, nothing will.
