i have just fitted a rev counter in my t25 1988 2.1 . On start up tick over the neddle only move very slow dose anyone no what is the problem.  Thank you in anticipation  Tony 

Is it an aftermarket rev counter? Does it have a switch to change from 4-6-8 cylinders?
